Cabin Policy

All cabin rates are for 1 to 4 people. Each additional guest will be $10.00 per night. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please respect the rights of other guests and keep your noise level low enough that they cannot be heard away from your cabin or deck area. You must be at least 21 years old to rent a cabin.

Each cabin is equipped with linens, alarm clock, TV, DVD player, pots, pans, dishes, and a charcoal grill. The kitchen is furnished with a toaster, coffeepot and microwave. Each cabin has a porch or deck that overlooks the lake. The water is approximately 100 yards away from the cabins. However, there is no easy access to the water from the cabin sites.

We require a two-night minimum for the summer weekend and a three-night minimum for Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day weekends. We strictly enforce a NO SMOKING policy inside any cabin.

We require a credit card to hold the cabin.  We require all holiday reservations to be prepaid in full 30 days prior to your stay.

Cleaning Fee: will apply

CANCELLATION: If cancellation is given with less than 14 days notice you will be charged for the entire stay if we are unable to fill the reservation. You MUST call the office 918-457-5421 and receive a cancellation number in order for your reservation to be cancelled.

PET CHARGE: We allow pets up to 30 lbs. there is a $35 non-refundable charge per pet. Maximum two pets per cabin. Management MUST be notified of all pets at time of check in.
